About Me

I live and breathe, fitness and mental fortitude, the daily self denial of the will. The short term embrace of constructive pain, where on the other side there is a clarity, peace, contentment, and fulfilment that which cannot be replicated in comfortable indulgences. A natural law we all sense through experiencing the highs and lows of everyday life. 

From The age of 3 years old I started my journey in the dream pursuit of becoming a professional footballer. I went on to play for my local team Livingston in the town I have spent my whole life. Then eventually made the move to Heart Of Midlothian at the age of 13 where I played until u18s. I made the move Back to Livingston and played for the Reserves. After Long reflection I decided to take a leap of faith in leaving the sport behind while still playing at Livingston. And to pursue the long awaited, and mediated dream of becoming a Professional MMA fighter which I am currently in the pursuit of today. 

Through my journey as an athlete I have experienced many “perceived” set backs in the form of injuries and surgeries. Where I have had to build my self from scratch multiple times. Spending over extensive periods of my life in rehabilitation/physiotherapy.

Because of this it has amplified an intense passion and curiosity for the human anatomy. Through many different techniques and tests of exercise strategies, programmes, and systems. I have developed knowledge which is ever evolving , and embraced this career as a personal trainer which I have fell in love with.

I work with beginners-to professional athletes. A vast embrace of individuals who are achieving there dreams, and doing the previously impossible. From clients who have never set foot in a gym that are breaking down the walls of anxiety, To achieving the goals that seemed once delusional. To Strength and Conditioning sessions and programmes for some of the highest performing athletes in the country.

If you desire growth, and an enhancement of your performance, and a better quality of life. While being held to the necessary standards and accountability in order for you to reach your potential. I am ready to start when you are!!
